Re Bon -Thrift Store
[A Thrift Store]
ReBon Thrift Store is a unique initiative of the Amar Saath Foundation that combines sustainability with social impact. Through our Amar Daan Project, clothes are collected from individuals and communities and the premium quality clothes are sold at ReBon Thrift Store to generate funds for Amar Saath’s programs, while good quality clothes are freely distributed to migrant families and marginalized communities.
ReBon is more than just a thrift store—it’s a sustainable movement where style meets purpose. Every purchase directly supports healthcare, education, and skill development programs for vulnerable communities, while also contributing to reducing the 7.8 million tonnes of textile waste generated in India each year.
Our strategy:
- Collect gently used clothes from individuals, schools, offices, and communities
- Sort donations into premium, good, and rejected categories
- Sell premium-quality clothes at ReBon (via website, and Instagram)
- Utilize the funds to support Amar Saath programs such as healthcare, education, and skill development
