[Vocational Training]
The majority of the migrant people do not have any special skills and the drawback may stem from poor education, lack of fluency in the host country language, cultural barriers etc. At the same time, most of the work (construction, hospitality and retail sectors like hotels, restaurants and shops) demand skilled workforce.
The aim of this project aims to implement vocational training and skill development among youth and women from migrant and marginalized families to enhance job opportunities

- Training in manual skills (driving, painting, plumbing, cookery, electrical work, stitching)
- Entrepreneurship initiative
